Job description: • Planning, organization, management and supervision of staff work activities • Planning, organization and supervision of material and financial resources • Negotiating with suppliers, travel, transportation and entertainment agencies • Determining the beginning and end of the operation of the facility • Management and decision-making on the number and dynamics of employment of seasonal workers • Proposing the procurement of catering equipment • Supervision of the application of regulations on safety at work • Supervising the preparation of food, drinks, compliance with regulations
