We are a fast growing internet marketing company looking to hire someone who is a high quality designer. We are looking for someone who has experience building banners and optimizing call to actions for Google Display Campaigns. Minimum 2 years design experience.

Responsibilities:

Creating custom banners and image ads with lead generation in mind for our various websites
Selecting & cropping photos in Photoshop

Requirements:

Knowing Google's policy and guidelines for creating display image ads, animated ads, etc.
Proficiency designing in Photoshop and Adobe Flash.
Very good spoken and written English
Must be able to work independently as well as within a team
Understand banner and image ads optimization techniques via simplistic designs focused on call to actions
Highly creative
Conditions:

Working hours 9am-5pm Eastern Standard Time

This position is remote based
