As a welder, you will collaborate closely with colleagues from various departments to manufacture a complete product. You will also prepare products by sanding, deburring, and readying them for further processing before they are assembled into the final product.

Practical tests

Competitive Compensation
The work of a welder is a tough job. Working long hours while having a big responsibility. A big part of the job requires physical work. That’s why we compensate this work with a great paycheck. Depending you experience you can make between 3.200 – 3.800 euros gross a month. This results in a monthly income of around 2.600 to 2.900 euro net.
Working more than 38 hours? The first two hours are compensated with an extra of around 30%. More hours are compnesated with a supplemet of around 50%. The dutch CAO (collective labour agreement) offers even a lot more extras and benefits like the 8% holiday allowance. Extra on top of your salary and to be used whenever you need it.
You plan your holidays together with your planner. Every Friday your salary is paid by our payroll partner. They are fully certified and trustworthy in paying out your money. Every week.

Stable Schedule
