Atraktivno zemjiste u Makedoniji za nekoliko namena

Ова локација је у Општини Неготино ИМ број 601 и број КП 8546 са 8035 м2 грађевинског неизграђеног земљишта.У овом случају постоји расположење Општине Неготино да се олакшају услови и кроз ЛУПД (локална урбанистичка документација) реализација могућа будућа улагања различитог карактера . Простор је урбанизован и најава је да ће у наредном периоду Општина додатно улагати у инфраструктуру у овом делу града. Општина Неготино је атрактивна опција због недавног уласка турских инвеститора у фабрику Кабли Неготино као и будућих најављених улагања у рециклажу отпада и производњу енергије, али и због учесталости суседних општина Кавадарци Росоман Демир Капија, Валандово. Које заједно достижу више од 90.000 грађана.
Наиме, општина Кавадарци је подручје са интензивним привредним и друштвеним животом. Државни завод за статистику дуги низ година сврстава општину на друго место одмах после Скопља по формирању укупног БДП-а на годишњем нивоу
Даме и господо, желим да истакнем да ова локација у оваквом облику можда на први поглед не делује супер интересантно, али имајте на уму да ће са постојећим ГУП-ом за Неготино тик уз ову локацију пролазити нови јужни обилазни пут (в. СЛИКА 5) који је већ најављен од стране Владе Македоније и Општине Неготино је тренутно у припреми. Јужни обилазни пут ће додатно бити атрактиван транзитни моменат који ће све путнике из Куманова и Скопља провести кроз обилазницу поред овој локацији. Даље, истоимени аутопут се наставља до границе са Републиком Грчком

This location is in the Municipality of Negotino IM number 601 and number KP 8546 with 8035 m2 of construction undeveloped land. In this case, there is a willingness of the Municipality of Negotino to facilitate conditions and through LUPD (local urban documentation) the realization of possible future investments of a different nature. The area is urbanized and it is announced that in the next period the Municipality will invest more in infrastructure in this part of the city. The municipality of Negotino is an attractive option due to the recent entry of Turkish investors into the cable factory Negotino as well as future investments in waste recycling and energy production, but also due to the frequency of the neighboring municipality of Kavadarci Rosoman Demir Kapija, Valandovo. Which together reach more than 90,000 citizens.
Namely, the municipality of Kavadarci is an area with intense economic and social life. The State Bureau of Statistics ranks the municipality in second place after Skopje in terms of total GDP at the annual level.
Ladies and gentlemen, I would like to point out that this location in this form may not seem very interesting at first glance, but keep in mind that the existing GUP for Negotino is the new southern bypass road passing through this location (see PICTURE 5). which has already been announced by the Government of Macedonia and the Municipality of Negotino is currently in preparation.
